Pardeep joined the firm in 2020 as a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence department.
Pardeep started her legal career in 2003 working on the high profile MMR Group Litigation. She then went to train at a leading London firm. She qualified in 2007 and has continued to manage a varied caseload of catastrophic medical negligence and personal injury claims.
Pardeep has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of claims including brain, spinal, amputation, gynaecological, surgical, orthopaedic, cosmetic and obstetric claims. She is also able to advise and assist clients in connection with fatal claims and inquests. Pardeep has a particular interest in obstetric cases involving babies damaged at birth.
Pardeep is passionate about her work and works tirelessly for her clients. She is committed to promoting access to justice/legal services to all members of the community and achieving the best possible outcome for each and every client. She volunteers on the AVMA helpline and conducts pro-bono sessions at the local citizen advice bureau.
Pardeep is a proud mum to a 4 year old. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, country walks, cooking and spending as much time as possible with her daughter.
